Lower disruption
When restoration is appropriate, avoiding unnecessary tear-off can mean less mess, less downtime, and a more manageable project for the building.
Roof coatings
On the right low-slope roof, a coating or restoration system can be a smart alternative to full replacement. Da Vinci Roofing inspects the assembly first, verifies whether moisture, drainage, and detailing support a coating system, and tells you plainly when restoration makes sense and when it does not.
Why coatings matter
Roof coatings are not a shortcut for failing roofs. They can be a strong capital-saving option when the deck, insulation, drainage, and roof details support restoration. When the roof qualifies, a coating system can extend service life, reduce disruption, and preserve more budget than a full tear-off and replacement.
When restoration is appropriate, avoiding unnecessary tear-off can mean less mess, less downtime, and a more manageable project for the building.
If insulation is dry, decking is sound, and the critical details can be brought into spec, a coating system may be the smarter alternative to replacement.
Eligible restoration assemblies installed to manufacturer requirements may qualify for manufacturer-backed warranty coverage, including No Dollar Limit (NDL) options on select programs when all conditions are met.
Fit & feasibility
We inspect the assembly first so you know whether a coating is a smart restoration path or whether repair or replacement is the safer investment.
Moisture in the assembly, deck integrity, drainage, flashing at penetrations and edges, and compatibility with the existing membrane all determine whether a coating program will hold up in Las Vegas sun, wind, and thermal cycling.
If a coating is not the right call, we will tell you plainly and walk you through repair or replacement options instead of selling a shorter-lived solution.
